We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Return To start a return, please contact us at louis160605@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrived damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
